What are the types of payment accepted at Monsoon Tea web shop?

We currently accept payments via bank transfer, credit card (via paypal) and paypal account. The bank transfer method is also applicable to our international customers. 

How do I complete my payment by bank transfer?

Step 1: Choose “bank transfer” as your payment method and click “complete order”.

Step 2: You will be directed to the next page that looks like the picture below, where all of our bank account details is provided. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Complete your payment by transferring the total amount of your order to our bank account. Save the proof of payment to your device or take a clear photo of the proof of payment.

Step 3: Kindly confirm your payment by replying to our confirmation email, attaching the proof of payment (very important!). This will let us know that you have already completed your payment.

Step 4: Within 1-2 business days, you will receive another email from us. This means your order has been shipped! You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number in the email or by visiting the order tracking section on our website.

How can I track my order?

You can find the tracking number in the email that we send you after you have submitted a proof of payment. We will also provide you with a link to our delivery service’s site. You can also track your order here by entering your order number and email. 

 

I’ve received a broken or damaged item/wrong item/something’s missing from my order, what do I do?

We want to help you with that as soon as possible, so that you can sit back and enjoy our forest friendly tea. If such cases happen, please email us at Online@monsoontea.co.th or fill out our contact form here. Our customer service staff will assist you directly.

 

Has my order gone through successfully?

We are excited to send you our forest friendly tea straight from Chiang Mai too! You will get a confirmation via email that we have already received your order. Meanwhile in Chiang Mai, we pack things up ASAP to deliver our products to you!

 

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

Yes, you can swap teas or products you ordered with other teas and products. Any value greater than your original order can be paid separately. If the value is less than your original order, you will receive a Monsoon Tea cash voucher for the same value of your order.

 

Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

You can definitely cancel your order but if the products had been shipped, we can only refund the cost of product not the shipping cost. And receive a Monsoon Tea cash voucher for the same value of your order.

What delivery service does Monsoon Tea use?

We definitely strive to choose the best delivery options for you, so that you can sip on our forest friendly tea, no matter where you live! 

For those who live in Thailand, we deliver via Thai Post EMS.

And for our international customers, we deliver via our trusted partners such as Thai Post EMS and DHL.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

As soon as we have received your order, we will happily arrange the delivery within 1 - 3 business days.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Depends on where you live, it may take some time before our forest friendly tea reaches your doorstep. The duration of the delivery also depends on the delivery service used.

I haven’t received my order yet, what can I do?

We try our very best to deliver our forest friendly tea in the indicated timeframe. However, in case that the delivery is taking a bit too long, you can directly contact our customer service staff at Online@monsoontea.co.th. They will assist you as soon as possible.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

You may be subject to duties or taxes on your order. Please check with your local customs office regarding estimated duties or taxes before placing your order with us. 

Can I pick up my order from a store?

We would love to make your shopping experience at Monsoon Tea as pleasant and as convenient as possible. Yes, we do offer the “Click and Collect” service, so that you can browse through our online shop at home (while sipping on some forest-friendly tea) and pick up your order at one of our shops in your neighbourhood. Please email us at online@monsoontea.co.th or message us via our social media channels and let us know which Monsoon Tea shop you are choosing as your pick-up point.
